Litcube – March 2016

This month’s Lit-Cube featured some out of this world goodies that were absolute stars!

The March Theme for Lit-Cube was Time Travel and they did a fantastic job putting the box together with all the components to make you want to jump in some sort of transportation and get to traveling!

The first item was unique for Lit-Cube, a t-shirt!  Featuring a Doctor Who quote and a whole lot of sparkle (yay!), this tee is valued at $19.99.  The quote reads:
“I am and always will be the optimist, the hoper of far-flung hopes and the dreamer of improbable dreams.”

This graphic, strategically placed inside a tardis had my inner Whovian fangirling like no other.  I was SO excited this was included and it was definitely a piece I wasn’t expecting.

To make my internal Whovian self even HAPPIER, there was a candle by Frostbeard Candles, valued at $4.99.  This unique scent, cleverly named “Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey” smells absolutely fantastic and is just precious!

As if two pieces featuring Doctor Who weren’t enough, THERE IT WAS.  A Harry Potter themed piece!  I was screaming, I kid you not.  This authentic time-turner necklace, valued at $8.99, is exactly what I always wanted and I am SO glad it was included in this month’s box!

As with the past few months, there was an edible included! This month was a That’s It. Fruit Bar (valued at $1.99).  If I’m being honest, it wasn’t my favorite.  But I’m also the pickiest adult eater ever.  What’s really nifty about it is it’s literally just fruit.  The flavor I received was made entirely of 20 Blueberries and 1 Apple.  Kinda ingenious, right?

I think my favorite piece, excluding the fandom pieces because I’m a nerd, had to be the Travel Journal, valued at $5.99.  This little guy is just SO beautiful, and has so many nooks and crannies to write memories and little notes, I just adore it.  I cannot wait to travel and bring it with me!

Finally, the beautiful read selected for this month’s box is Loop by Karen Akins!  This unique read, valued at $18.99, features a time traveling teen from the future whose trips into the past for her history class take a turn for the worst.  This book sounds SO good and I cannot wait to get into it!

This month’s Time Travel Lit-Cube featured so many amazing items, I don’t know quite where to start!  I absolutely LOVED this box, and I LOVE that the box, which sells for $34.95 per month, contained items that valued at $60.94.  That’s an insane upgrade!

I always and forever recommend you to try Lit-Cube if you’re looking for a box with tons of goodies, that you can be sure you’ll get your money’s worth of items.

They’re now accepting subscribers for their May Box, Through the Looking Glass (can you say Alice in Wonderland!?)  Be sure to head to their website and sign up before they fill their spots!
