Owlcrate – November 2016

It has been a very long time since I last received an Owlcrate but I am so glad I was able to snag one of these stunning Wonderland boxes from November!

Owlcrate and I had a bittersweet parting about a year ago – bitter because I knew I was going to miss these boxes but my wallet said SWEET.  When I heard the theme for this month I wasn’t sure but when I saw unboxings start to pop up, I had to snag one almost immediately before they sold out.

The theme this month was Wonderland so I assumed it was going to be relevant to Alice.  I was instantly excited to see what would be included and I’m thrilled to show it to you all!

The first item included was an exclusive tea blend created by Adiago Teas and Riddle’s Tea Shoppe.  This delicious mix tastes absolutely amazing and the custom tin wasn’t a bad touch either.  😉  This stunning container now has a permanent home on my bookshelf and once the tea is gone, I’ll be using it to store other bookish goodies as well!

You all know how much I love Authored Adornments and I surprisingly don’t have any of their bookmarks so I was SO excited to nab this ‘Curiouser and Curiouser’ bookmark!  It’s so simple but beautiful (as is all her work) and I’m so excited to finally have one to call my own!

Evie Bookish is always a wonderful addition to any subscription box and her custom designed magnet that was included this month was absolutely stunning!  She never fails!

Risa Rodil has always been a favorite of mine.  She’s worked with some of my favorite subscription boxes and to have her custom designed paperback edition and matching bookmark of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is a dream.  Massive thank you to Rock Paper Books for making this a reality.

Finally, the book this month was none other than Heartless by Marissa Meyer – but not only was it such a highly anticipated read, it was a also a custom edition created exclusively for Owlcrate!  This reverse color scheme is stunning and beautiful and I’m so beyond thrilled to have it in my collection.  Marissa was nice enough to also include a letter written to subscribers as well as a stunning quote card.

This box blew me away.  I was so impressed with everything that went into this box and I’m so happy I was able to grab one.  This put Owlcrate back on my list and I’m definitely going to need to keep an eye out for themes in the coming months and grab them when I can!

If you’d like to get your very own Owlcrate, be sure to head to their website and grab one before they’re gone!
